The magnetic separation process line is suitable for magnetic mineral separation of magnetite, vanadium-titanium magnetite and magnetic pyrrhotite. It is a mature dry-wet combined beneficiation process using three-stage magnetic separation with wet magnetic separation, with magnetic field intensity ranging from 400 to 1200GS and magnetic roller speed adjustable from 60 to 320 RPM. The complete process includes feeding, crushing, grinding, classification, magnetic separation and dewatering modules: raw ore is fed into jaw crusher for crushing, ground by ball mill for adequate mineral liberation, then classified by spiral classifier for particle size grading. The qualified slurry enters multi-stage magnetic separators for separation. The core principle utilizes the magnetic force on magnetic particles in a magnetic field exceeding opposing mechanical forces such as gravity and water flow impact, enabling effective separation of magnetic minerals from gangue impurities. This process supports both dry pre-concentration for waste rejection and wet deep cleaning for high-grade concentrate. Beyond iron ore beneficiation, it can be extended to quartz sand iron removal, manganese ore separation, steel slag and metallurgical slag metal recovery. The complete system offers stable operation, simple equipment maintenance, and low overall production cost.
