The dewatering screen is a high-frequency linear vibrating screen designed for solid-liquid separation and dewatering of slurries in mining, coal processing, and sand washing applications. Using dual motor self-synchronization drive technology, the screen generates linear vibration that transports material forward while water passes through the screen mesh. The TSS series dewatering screen features adjustable amplitude from 4-8mm, allowing optimization for different material types and moisture content. The screen deck is inclined at 5-10 degrees to facilitate water drainage while maintaining material flow. Polyurethane screen panels with wedge wire or slotted openings provide excellent wear resistance and efficient dewatering performance, achieving final product moisture content as low as 8-15% depending on material characteristics.
