The roller stone washer is designed for high-efficiency scrubbing and washing of gravel, crushed stone, and aggregates in construction material processing. The machine consists of a rotating drum with internal vanes that lift and tumble the material in a water bath, creating intense scouring action that removes clay, mud, and impurities adhering to aggregate surfaces. As the drum rotates, material is continuously lifted and dropped, generating powerful friction between stones that effectively breaks down clay balls and washes away surface coatings. Water is continuously fed into the drum to carry away separated impurities. The washed stone is discharged at the lower end of the drum through a discharge chute, while dirty water overflows through outlet ports. The roller stone washer is particularly effective for processing materials with high clay content that cannot be effectively cleaned by conventional vibrating or spiral washing equipment.
