The shaftless roller screen is a specialized screening equipment featuring a unique no-center-shaft design. Unlike traditional drum screens that rely on a central rotating shaft, the GS series uses individually driven rollers arranged in a curved or straight line to form the screening surface. This design eliminates the problem of material winding around the shaft, making it ideal for screening sticky, fibrous, or stringy materials that would clog conventional screens. The rollers rotate in the same direction, conveying material forward while fines pass through the gaps between rollers. This design achieves high screening efficiency with minimal clogging, low noise, and easy maintenance. The shaftless roller screen is widely used in sand and gravel classification, waste sorting, coal grading, and construction waste recycling, handling materials with high moisture content and sticky characteristics that are difficult for conventional vibrating screens.

Feed

The moving jaw retreats, increasing chamber volume, and material feeds into the chamber by gravity.

Crushing

The moving jaw advances, compressing and shearing the material between moving and fixed jaw plates, causing fragmentation.

Discharge

When crushed material is smaller than the discharge opening, it is automatically discharged from the crushing chamber bottom.

Cycle

Each eccentric shaft revolution completes one "feed-crush-discharge" cycle for continuous crushing.
