The vibrating feeder is a feeding equipment that uses vibratory excitation to produce periodic vibrations, conveying blocky and granular materials from storage hoppers uniformly, timely and continuously into receiving equipment. It features an integrated pre-screening grizzly section that separates fine materials before they enter the crusher, reducing the load on the primary crusher and improving overall system efficiency. The vibrating feeder is driven by two vibrating motors or exciters that generate linear vibration, causing material to move forward along the feeder trough. The amplitude and vibration frequency can be adjusted to control the feed rate, adapting to different production requirements.
